Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to sessions, psychological assessments, programmes and books from Mind Detox Centre. No payment is taken on this website; fees are paid at the clinic or as advised by our team.

Session fees

• Individual session: ₹2,500
• Couple session: ₹3,000
• First session: 40 minutes · Follow-up sessions: 40–45 minutes
• Psychological test fees are listed on our Test Fees page.

Cancelling or rescheduling a session

• 24 hours or more before your appointment: you can reschedule free of charge, or receive a full refund of any fee already paid.
• Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: the session fee is not refundable. We may offer one reschedule at our discretion in genuine emergencies.
• Late arrival: the session ends at its scheduled time, and the full fee applies.

If we cancel

If Mind Detox Centre cancels or cannot hold your session (including an online session that cannot go ahead because of a problem on our side), you can choose a new slot or a full refund.

Psychological tests and assessments

• Cancelled 24 hours or more before the test: full refund or free rescheduling.
• Once testing has started, the fee is not refundable, as the clinician’s time, test materials and scoring are already committed.
• If a test cannot be completed for clinical reasons, the remaining sessions are rescheduled at no extra cost.

Training, internship and programmes

Fees for the 4P Programme, PAP, Clinical Skills Lab courses, internships and workshops are refundable only if you withdraw before the programme starts; once the programme has started, fees are not refundable but may be transferred to a later batch at our discretion. Programme-specific terms shared at enrolment apply.

Books

Books are sold through WhatsApp. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it. Books cannot be returned for change of mind.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (or by UPI / bank transfer to the payer) within 7–10 working days. Please share your booking ID and payment details when you contact us.
