Yes, we offer secure, confidential online video sessions in addition to in-person appointments at both our clinics.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is one of our core values — everything shared in session stays between you and your clinician, in line with professional ethical standards.

We work with clients of all ages, from young children through to adults and older adults, with age-appropriate approaches for each.

The first session is 40 minutes and follow-up sessions are 40–45 minutes. Psychological assessments may take longer depending on the test.

Individual session: ₹2,500. Couple session: ₹3,000. Psychological test fees are listed on the Test Fees page. Fees are paid at the clinic — no payment is taken online.

No. Just submit the form and our team calls you to confirm. Session fees (individual ₹2,500, couple ₹3,000) and test fees are paid at the clinic, or as advised by our team when they confirm your booking.

Yes. You receive an appointment confirmation email as soon as you submit the form. Our team then calls you to confirm the exact time.

Vasant Kunj: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. New Friends Colony: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Both Monday to Saturday. Online sessions are available in both time windows.

No. After a consultation, Dr. Rabya recommends only the tests that are needed to answer your specific question.

Yes. Reports are shared only with you (or a child's parents/guardians) and with others only with your written consent.

Most standardised tests must be done in person for accuracy; some screening scales can be done online.

Yes. You receive a written report and a feedback session explaining the results and next steps.
