At Mind Detox Centre, we are committed to providing ethical, professional, and high-quality psychological services. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, kindly read and agree to the following terms before booking an appointment.
1. Appointment Booking
* Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
* Same-day appointments may be accommodated only if slots are available.
2. Advance Payment
* Full payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment.
* An appointment is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
* Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
* No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or no-shows.
* Once a session has started, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling Policy
* A session may be rescheduled up to two (2) times only in genuine emergency situations.
* Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment whenever possible.
* Requests beyond two reschedules may require booking a new appointment and payment of a new consultation fee.
5. Session Duration
* Each consultation session is 40 minutes in duration.
* If a session extends beyond 40 minutes at the client’s request or due to clinical requirements, additional charges may apply.
6. Late Arrival
* Clients arriving late will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session.
* The session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.
7. Confidentiality
* All personal information and clinical records are maintained with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
* Confidentiality may be limited only in situations required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to the client or others.

By booking an appointment and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
